Who are we
The South Georgia Potter’s House for Women is a non-profit ministry for ladies bound by addictive behaviors and other harmful habits.
- Our desire is to see total transformation -
Spiritually: Through the in-depth teaching and application of God’s Holy Word.
Psychologically: Behavior will always follow belief. Therefore, our attack against addiction is to help ladies understand how to change what they believe. We are not about behavior modification. We are about the renewing of the mind.
Physically: We help ladies understand God’s design for life and hold ladies accountable.
We do all we can to provide Godly counsel and accountability.
Our Mission
Our mission is to help women who struggle with addiction issues and other life-dominating problems. We want to see ladies totally set free from all addictive behaviors and to become women of God and productive members of society.
We are unapologetically not a drug rehab. Rather, we are a Christian discipleship program. We are not about returning you to your former self.
We want to see ladies get to the root cause of their issues and find complete and total healing.
DIANE BENNETT
FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
Mrs. Diane holds a degree in substance abuse counseling, but she knows the bottom line is what Jesus can do for each of the ladies who walk through our doors. She and her husband were missionaries for twenty years internationally. She not only directs this ministry, but also is a pastor’s wife. She fully understands the pain that is beneath addiction.
NICOLE ROOKS
Nicole completed the SGPH4W in 2021. She has worked for the ministry ever since. She is a capable leader who truly cares for our ladies. The Lord not only delivered her from addiction, but also from pain from the past. She says, “God healed my broken heart”. She is a full-time staff member.
